Devops Engineer

We're looking for a Mid & Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and operate the infrastructure behind TROP – a mission-critical situational awareness platform used for tactical communication, crisis response, and real-time operations.

You'll work on Kubernetes-based environments, GitOps deployments, CI/CD automation, observability, and on-premise installations. Your work will directly impact systems that must remain reliable in demanding operational environments.

Working from our office in Sopot 2–3 days per week is required.

The Role

What you will do

  • Build, maintain, and improve Kubernetes infrastructure for development and customer environments.

  • Manage GitOps workflows using Helm, ArgoCD, Applications, and ApplicationSets.

  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.

  • Monitor production services, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize system reliability.

  • Maintain the observability stack, including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Alertmanager, and GlitchTip/Sentry.

  • Configure ingress controllers, networking, TLS certificates, and secure service access.

  • Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, AI, and Mobile teams on deployments, debugging, and production incidents.

  • Prepare and maintain on-premise and air-gapped deployments using Zarf.

What you need to succeed

  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and troubleshooting production workloads.

  • Solid knowledge of Helm and GitOps practices, preferably with ArgoCD.

  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based workflows.

  • Strong Linux administration skills, including networking, certificates, and service access management.

  • Experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (or Terragrunt).

  • Ability to analyze logs, metrics, alerts, and efficiently handle production incidents.

  • Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Sentry/GlitchTip.

  • Comfortable working with YAML, Bash, and reading Python or TypeScript code.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Kargo, Argo Workflows, Argo Rollouts, or similar progressive deployment tools.

  • Experience with Zarf, k3s, and air-gapped or on-premise deployments.

  • Knowledge of bare-metal Kubernetes, MetalLB, and advanced TCP/TLS networking.

  • Experience with real-time media systems and protocols such as RTSP, RTMP, WebRTC, SRT, or MediaMTX.

  • Familiarity with GPU workloads and AI infrastructure running on Kubernetes.
